Front-end design and development for businesses across the country. We're based in Cypress, Texas and work with clients in any state — with the API and database work behind the site when a project actually calls for it.

Quotes come back within one business day. Every price range we build within is published below.

What we build

Front-end work is the core of the practice. Back-end work happens when it's the right answer to the problem, and we'll tell you plainly when it isn't.

Front-end design and build

Marketing sites, landing pages and multi-page business sites written by hand in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Mobile-first, quick on a phone connection, and readable with a screen reader.

The main thing we do

API development

Connecting your site to the systems you already run — booking tools, CRMs, inventory, payment providers. Built on request, scoped after we've seen what you're connecting to.

On request

Database and back end

When a site needs to store and serve real data rather than just present it. We scope this carefully and will say so if a simpler approach would do the job for less.

Where it's warranted

Priced in the open

Every project gets a real quote after we talk, because every project is different. These are the ranges we actually build within, so you can put a rough figure together before you ask us for one.

The build

One-time cost. Where you land in a range depends on page count and how much content already exists.

Single-page siteOne scrolling page: what you do, proof, contact form.$1,200 – $2,200
Small business siteFive to seven pages — home, services, about, pricing, contact.$2,800 – $6,000
Custom front-end buildTen pages or more, with a reusable design system behind it.$6,000 – $15,000
Rebuild of an existing siteSame content, modern build. Cheaper than starting from nothing.$1,800 – $4,000
Additional pagesBeyond the base package, each.$200 – $400

Things you might add

Priced separately so you can decide what's worth it.

Quote or intake formDelivered to your inbox, spam-filtered. Like the one on this page.$150 – $350
Online booking or schedulingCalendar integration so people book without calling you.$450 – $900
Blog or editable content sectionYou update it yourself, no code required.$600 – $1,400
Online storeUp to about 25 products, payments and shipping configured.$2,000 – $4,500
API integrationConnecting to an existing service. Scoped once we've seen its documentation.$800 – $3,500
Database and back endSchema, endpoints and admin access for data your site stores.$1,500 – $6,000
CopywritingPer page, if you'd rather not write it yourself.$150 – $400
Logo and basic brandLogo, colors, typefaces. Skip it if you already have one.$500 – $1,200

A typical five-page business site with a quote form, hosting set up and a Google Business Profile lands somewhere around $3,500 to $5,500 all in. That sits in the middle of the $2,000–$8,000 range most published guides quote for a professional small business site in 2026.

Hosting scales with your traffic

We host on Netlify, which bills by usage rather than a flat fee. Busier sites cost more to serve, so the monthly number moves with your traffic. We pass the Netlify cost through at what it costs us and add a care plan on top.

26 GBEstimated transfer
$9Netlify, at cost
$54Total per month

Estimate only. Assumes about 2.2 pages per visit at roughly 1.2 MB a page, which is typical for the sites we build. Netlify prices bandwidth at about 20 credits per gigabyte, with credit packs at roughly $0.13 per gigabyte beyond your plan's allowance. Your care plan covers updates, backups, monitoring and small edits, and can be cancelled at any time — the site stays up either way.

Care plan tiers

Billed monthly. The Netlify cost above is separate and billed at cost.

Up to 10,000 visits a monthMost local service businesses sit here.$45 / mo
10,000 – 50,000 visitsA site doing real lead generation.$75 / mo
50,000 – 200,000 visitsRegional reach, or a site with a content library behind it.$120 / mo
Above 200,000 visitsWorth a conversation — there are usually savings available at this size.Quoted

What clients say

A few of the businesses we've built for, from down the road to the other side of the country.

We came to Centivaro with a site that took about nine seconds to load on a phone, which is roughly how long a customer waits before giving up. The rebuild came in at the low end of the range they quoted and the new one loads before I can put the phone down. The part I did not expect was the handover document — I actually know how my own website works now.

Dana WhitfieldOwner, Whitfield & Co. Bookkeeping — Cypress, TX

Most of our leads come in from guys standing in a driveway on their phone. Centivaro rebuilt the site around that instead of around a desktop screen, and the quote form now fills in about thirty seconds. Calls went up. That is the whole review.

Marcus ElmoreOperations Manager, Tri-County Roofing — Tomball, TX

We needed online booking that worked with the scheduling system our front desk already uses, and two other companies told us it could not be done without replacing everything. Centivaro read the documentation, told us honestly which parts were possible, and built those. We never met in person and it never mattered. They talked us out of one feature we wanted because it would not have earned its cost.

Priya RaghavanClinic Director, Bright Path Pediatric Therapy — Asheville, NC

I build cabinets, so the only thing I cared about was photos of the work looking right. The gallery they built loads fast even with big images and it has not needed me to touch it once in fourteen months. The monthly cost is about what I expected from the number they quoted up front.

Chris BoudreauxOwner, Boudreaux Custom Millwork — Lafayette, LA

Ours was the more complicated one — the site had to pull live status from our dispatch system. They scoped the API work separately from the site build so we could see exactly what each piece cost, and they came back mid-project to say one integration would run cheaper than they had originally quoted. That does not happen often.

Based in Cypress, working nationwide

Centivaro is a small front-end studio based in Cypress, Texas, on the northwest side of the Houston metro. Most of our work is remote and we take on projects anywhere in the United States — the whole process runs over email, calls and screen shares, and it works the same whether you're twenty minutes away or three time zones over. If you are in the Houston area, the first conversation can happen in person. Either way, the person you talk to is the person writing the code.

We build sites by hand rather than in a page builder, because page builders charge rent forever and keep your content locked inside them. Your domain is registered in your name. The hosting account is yours, billed to your card. You get the source files at handover, and if you ever decide to work with someone else, you take the whole site with you — there's no rebuild fee and nothing to unpick.
