Privacy policy
Last updated 6 September 2026
This policy explains what Centivaro collects when you visit centivaro.com or send us a quote request, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Centivaro is a sole proprietorship based in Cypress, Texas, operated by Tyler Walleck.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we receive whatever you type into it: your name, email address, and optionally your business name, phone number, existing website, project type, expected traffic and budget range, along with your message.
When you simply browse the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically receive technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the page or search that sent you here.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information. Please do not send us passwords, financial account numbers, government identifiers, or health information through the form.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your quote request and carry out work you hire us for.
- To keep records of quotes, invoices and projects, as any business must.
- To understand which pages and which ads bring people to the site, so we do not waste money advertising in the wrong places.
- To keep the site working and protect it from abuse.
We do not add you to a mailing list. If you contact us, you get a reply about your enquiry and nothing else.
Who else receives your information
Running a website means relying on other companies. These are the ones that touch your data, and what each one gets:
- Web3Forms processes the quote form and delivers submissions to our inbox. It receives everything you type into the form.
- Netlify hosts the site and receives standard server log data, including your IP address.
- Google provides our advertising measurement through the Google Ads tag. It receives cookie and device information and, if you arrived from one of our ads, whether you submitted the form.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests these files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- Unsplash serves some of the photographs, and likewise receives your IP address when those images load.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not trade or rent it to anyone. We have never done so.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies to measure whether an advertisement led to a quote request. We use no other analytics or tracking tools, and there are no social media pixels on this site.
You can turn off personalised advertising in your Google Ads settings, opt out of advertising cookies more broadly at optout.aboutads.info, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop the site working.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal data. Since we do not sell or share data in the first place, there is nothing for us to stop doing.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for two years in our email, so that we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. Records tied to paid work, including quotes and invoices, are kept for seven years because tax and accounting rules require it. Server logs are kept for the short period our host retains them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to obtain a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising or certain profiling. You may also appeal if we refuse a request.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have broadly similar rights, and we extend the same treatment to everyone who asks, regardless of where they live. Visitors from the United Kingdom and European Economic Area may additionally have the right to object to processing and to data portability.
Centivaro is a small business under the U.S. Small Business Administration's size standards, which under Texas law limits which parts of the statute formally apply to us. We honour these requests anyway, because it is the right way to treat people.
How to make a request
Email contact@centivaro.com and say what you want us to do. We will reply within 45 days. We may need to ask a question or two to confirm you are who you say you are, particularly before deleting anything. There is no charge.
If we turn down a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to that message. If an appeal is denied, Texas residents may complain to the Texas Attorney General.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need and no more.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
